Preparing your order
Every order is packed by hand at our Pantin showroom. Each piece is checked before it goes in the box: stitching, size, colour, condition. We hand the parcel to the carrier within 24 working hours. An order placed at the weekend goes out on the next working day.

Times run from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier. The delivery charge for your order is always shown to you before payment.
Free showroom collection
You can pick your order up free of charge at 158 rue Diderot, 93500 Pantin, métro Aubervilliers — Pantin (line 7). We let you know as soon as it is ready. It is also a chance to try the piece on and swap the size there and then if it is not right.
Tracking your parcel
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. If tracking stops moving for several working days, write to us: we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
Shipping fragrance
Arts & Odeurs parfum extracts contain alcohol, which means they fall under the rules for shipping flammable liquids. Those rules can restrict certain destinations or certain methods of transport. If a fragrance cannot be shipped to your country, we will let you know before anything is sent.
Delivery outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival. They are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient: we have no way of calculating them or paying them in advance.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before confirming: once the parcel is with the carrier we can no longer change it. If you spot a mistake, tell us as soon as possible — if the parcel has not left yet, we will correct it.
