These terms govern the sale of our ready-to-wear pieces and our fragrances, both online and at the showroom. Placing an order means you accept them in full.

2. What we sell

We sell ready-to-wear — T-shirts, knitwear, shirts, polos, jackets, puffers, gilets, jeans, cargos, trousers and sets — along with parfum extracts from our Arts & Odeurs line.

Our collections are made in short runs. A piece that sells out is not always restocked.

We photograph our pieces with great care, but how colours look depends on your screen. A difference in shade between the photo and the piece you receive is not a defect. If the colour is not for you, your right to change your mind applies as normal.

The measurements in our size guide are taken flat, on the garment. A manufacturing tolerance of one to two centimetres is normal in textiles.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of tax, excluding delivery. Any delivery charge is shown to you before you confirm your order.

We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you confirm it.

4. Orders

The sale is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email, after the payment has been accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order where a piece is unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing error, where payment fails, or where an order has the hallmarks of a purchase intended for resale. In that case you are refunded in full.

It is up to you to give accurate, current information, in particular your delivery address and your email address.

5. Payment

Payment is by card, Apple Pay or PayPal, at the time of the order. Transactions are handled by Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection. We never see your full card number.

6. Delivery and collection

We hand your parcel to the carrier within 24 working hours, from our showroom in Pantin. Times, charges and arrangements are set out on the Shipping & delivery times page.

Collection at the showroom, 158 rue Diderot in Pantin, is free.

For delivery outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient.

7. Cancellation, returns and exchanges

You have at least 14 days from receipt to change your mind, without giving a reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). The conditions, the exception for unsealed fragrance and the refund arrangements are set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Legal guarantees

All our pieces carry the French legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) for two years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). These apply regardless of any commercial warranty and at no cost to you.

9. Intellectual property

The 3M Textile Paris name, the visuals, the text, the photographs and the graphics on this site are protected. Reproducing or exploiting them, in whole or in part, without our written consent is prohibited.

If you send us photos or videos of your outfits, in particular by tagging us on social media, you allow us to repost them on our own channels with a credit to you. You can ask us to take them down at any time.

10. Liability

We do everything we can to keep the site available and its information accurate. We cannot be held liable for the site being temporarily unavailable, nor for indirect loss connected with using it.

Our liability in connection with an order cannot exceed the value of that order.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy policy.

12. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to us first at 3mtextile.paris@gmail.com: most situations are settled directly.

If that does not resolve it, you are entitled to refer the matter free of charge to a consumer ombudsman, under articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. 3M Textile Paris is in the process of registering with an ombudsman: their contact details will be given here as soon as registration is complete.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after seeking an amicable solution, the French courts have jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. The version that applies to your order is the one online when you place it.
