Your right to change your mind

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, with no need to give a reason. This is the period set by article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. It applies to every piece, including anything bought in a sale or on promotion.

To exercise this right, write to us at 3mtextile.paris@gmail.com with your order number and the pieces concerned. You then have 14 days to send them back.

Condition of returned pieces

To be accepted, a piece must be:

• unworn and unwashed, beyond trying it on to check the size and the cut;
• with its original tags still attached;
• in its original packaging.

A piece that has been worn, washed, altered, stained, or had its tags removed cannot be taken back.

Fragrance — the one exception

Our Arts & Odeurs parfum extracts are sealed for hygiene reasons. An unsealed or used bottle cannot be returned, under article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code. A bottle that is still sealed can be returned like anything else.

Size exchanges

The simplest route is the showroom: come to 158 rue Diderot in Pantin with the piece and your proof of purchase, and we will swap the size on the spot, free of charge, subject to availability.

We do not run direct exchanges by post: send the piece back for a refund and place a new order in the size you want.

How to send a piece back

• At the showroom, 158 rue Diderot, 93500 Pantin — free, 7 days a week.
• By post, to the same address. Return postage is at your expense. We recommend a tracked service: without proof of postage, we cannot guarantee we will cover a parcel that never reaches us.

Refunds

As soon as we receive and check your return, we will email to confirm it. The refund is issued within 14 days, to the payment method used for the order.

It covers the price of the returned pieces and the original outbound delivery charge, at our standard delivery rate. What you spent sending the parcel back to us stays at your expense.

If the refund does not show up on your account, check with your bank first: it can take a few working days to appear. If you still hear nothing, write to us at 3mtextile.paris@gmail.com.

Faulty pieces, or a mistake on our side

If a piece arrives damaged, or we have sent the wrong style, size or colour, let us know as soon as you can with a photo. The return and the replacement are then entirely at our expense, and you choose between a replacement and a refund.

Legal guarantees

Separately from your right to change your mind, you have the benefit of the French legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code), which covers defects of conformity for two years from delivery, and of the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). Both apply at no cost to you.

Gifts

If the piece was shipped directly to you as a gift, we will give you a credit note for the value of the return. If the order was delivered to the person giving it to you, the refund goes to them.
