Secure payment

Payment methods we accept

Card, Apple Pay and PayPal.

To be confirmed by 3M Textile: add any other method accepted online (Google Pay, Shop Pay) or at the showroom (cash, contactless).

Transaction security

Online payments are handled by Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection (TLS). We never see your full card number: it is not stored on our site or on our servers at any point.

3-D Secure authentication

Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or with a code sent by text. This step protects your card against fraudulent use. It is triggered by your bank, not by us.

Currency and prices

All our prices are shown in euros, inclusive of tax. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at the next step, before you confirm the order.

Paying in instalments

To be confirmed by 3M Textile: say whether you offer instalment payments, from what amount and through which provider. If you do not, this section can be removed.

Confirmation and invoices

An order confirmation is emailed to you as soon as the payment goes through. It lists the pieces ordered, the amount paid and the delivery address, and serves as your receipt. For an invoice in a company name, write to us at 3mtextile.paris@gmail.com with your order number and billing details.

We will never ask for your bank details by email, by phone or by message. If you receive a request like that in our name, do not reply. Tell us instead.
